Who am I?
All of my work is driven by one common factor – a passion for enabling people to be the best they can be, whatever that means for them.
I have worked as an organisation and behaviour change specialist for over 20 years, with experience across a range of sectors and business situations, including: merger, financial recovery and business growth. I have proven success at transforming not only structures and the way people work, but also cultures and the way people think. I left corporate life in 2010, established an Organisation Development consultancy and trained as a Coach. I have delivered behaviour change, and leadership coaching programmes for a breadth of corporate clients, including Bank of New York Mellon, British Airways, Heineken, Telefonica O2, Nationwide Building Society, Tate & Lyle, GSK, Invesco, Baloise and Novo Nordisk.
My training, initially with the Coaches Training Institute, and then with The Performance Solution, provides the foundation of my coaching approach. I coach people from the belief that they are naturally creative, resourceful and whole; absolutely capable of finding their own answers. I also draw on other coaching models and leadership theory, as well as years of experience in leadership roles and leading complex behaviour change initiatives. I am proud to hold a PCC accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Throughout my life and career I have seen, and experienced, what it takes to be a high performer, and the price that is often paid in the pursuit of success. I strongly believe that real, sustained success is only achieved when a person understands themselves – allowing them to see things differently, explore new ideas and set their own standards of excellence, whatever the context.
I love to travel and have been lucky enough to pursue my passions for adventure and the outdoors in some amazing places. I also enjoy curling up in front of the fire at my home in Somerset, with my family and other animals!
